確保您獲得所需品項的最快方法是退回您擁有的品項,一旦退貨獲得接受,請單獨購買新品項。

退款

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for sunglasses from our international customers within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Unless stated otherwise, this policy applies to all regions.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Resalable Condition: Sunglasses must be returned in a resalable condition. You may try on and inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, if there are signs of wear beyond this scope (e.g., scratches, scuffs), a deduction may be made from your refund.

  • Original Packaging: Sunglasses must be returned with all original packaging, including the branded box, protective case, cleaning cloth, and any tags.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt).

  • Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated customs duties or taxes.

Return Shipping & Location

Returns must be shipped to our warehouse located in Taiwan. We will provide the detailed shipping address once your return request is approved.

  • Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If any import duties or customs clearance fees are incurred upon entry into Taiwan due to improper declaration, the amount will be deducted from your final refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit Request: To start a return, please email us at sevenlis.eyewear@gmail.com with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return.

  2. Get Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and specific customs declaration instructions.

  3. Ship & Track:

    • When shipping the item back, you must use a shipping service with a tracking number to ensure the package arrives safely.

    • Please keep your proof of postage/shipping receipt until your refund has been fully processed.

Refund Process

  • Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned sunglasses, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Physical Receipt Required: Refunds will only be processed after we have physically received and inspected the returned items (international returns may take longer to arrive).
