Does the lens provide protection?

Yes, all SEVEN LIS sunglasses lenses offer UV400 anti-UV protection, blocking 100% of harmful UVA and UVB radiation.

Do you offer prescription lenses?

Currently, the SEVEN LIS online store only sells standard optical frames and sunglasses, and does not offer online optical dispensing (prescription lenses) services. If you require prescription lenses, we highly recommend taking your SEVEN LIS frames to a trusted optical store or optometrist's office, where a professional optician can customize the most comfortable prescription lenses for you. (Note: Some integrated or special curved sports styles may have limitations regarding prescription lens fitting. It is recommended to consult customer service before purchasing.)

How do I adjust my sunglasses for a perfect fit?

All SEVEN LIS glasses undergo standard basic fitting before leaving the factory. If you find them slightly tight or loose upon receipt, our composite material frames support minor adjustments:

  • Frame Adjustment: You can adjust the frame base by gently and gradually applying pressure inwards (to narrow) or outwards (to widen), and by adjusting the tilt angle until the frame height and comfort are balanced.
  • Professional Assistance: For more precise temple arm curvature or behind-the-ear balance adjustments, we recommend taking your glasses to a nearby optical shop and having an optician assist you with the adjustment for the most perfect wearing experience.
How to properly clean sunglasses?

It is recommended to gently clean with lukewarm water and a neutral detergent.

Never use paper towels, clothing, household detergents, soap, or glass cleaners, as these items can abrade dust and fibers into the lenses and damage the lens coating over time. Similarly, avoid using strong detergents on metal or acetate parts.

Global Shipping & International Customs (Orders & Shipping)

When will my order be shipped after I place it? How long does shipping take?

We offer worldwide shipping. Once your order is confirmed, our warehouse typically packs and dispatches it within 1 to 2 business days.


Taiwan (Local): Delivery takes approximately 2 to 3 business days after dispatch (supports convenience store pickup and home delivery).

Hong Kong, Singapore: Delivery takes approximately 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Europe, US, and other international regions: Standard shipping takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the destination.

If you need faster delivery, you can choose to upgrade to express shipping at checkout.

How do I track my package?

When your item is shipped, the system will automatically send an email containing the "Tracking Number" to the email address you provided at checkout. Click the link in the email to view the shipping progress in real-time.

(Hint: Due to the time required for logistics systems to synchronize, if no information is found when you first receive the tracking number, please wait a few hours and try again.)

Will international orders incur customs duties?

When you purchase goods from overseas, packages entering the destination country may be subject to import duties or consumption taxes according to local laws. This fee is collected directly from the recipient by the destination customs and is not included in the product price or basic shipping fee of SEVEN LIS. Customs policies vary by country, and we cannot estimate the specific amount. We recommend that you understand the local import duty-free thresholds and regulations before placing an order.

When will my order be delivered? Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

To ensure our customers receive their items as quickly as possible, our automated system processes and packs orders very rapidly. Once an order enters "Processing" or "Shipped" status, we will not be able to modify the item style, color, or cancel the order.

Returns & Warranty Policy

What is SEVEN LIS's return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day appreciation period (cooling-off period) starting from the day after you receive your item:

  • Keep it new: Returned or exchanged items must be in "brand new, unworn, unused" condition, and retain all original manufacturer packaging (including outer box, case, tags, protective stickers, cleaning cloth, and free gifts).
  • Shipping costs: Unless the item has a manufacturing defect or the wrong model was sent, for returns or exchanges due to a "change of mind" such as personal preference or incorrect size, the buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
  • International notice: The process for international returns and exchanges is more complex. Please be sure to contact customer service to confirm declaration details before shipping.
What should I do if I receive a defective product or the wrong item?

We sincerely apologize for this! If this happens, please send the following information to our customer service email within 5 days of receiving the package:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photos or a video of the product defect after opening the package


Once confirmed as a manufacturing defect or our oversight, SEVEN LIS will fully cover all round-trip shipping costs for replacement items and immediately resend the correct item to you.

Product Warranty

Warranty Coverage: Covers structural defects resulting from the manufacturing process (e.g., loose hinges, structural breakage not caused by human damage, lens delamination not caused by human damage, etc.).

Exclusions from Warranty: Wear and tear and scratches caused by normal use (e.g., lens scratches, faded temple markings), accidental collisions, pressure damage, deformation caused by exposure to high temperatures, self-disassembly, or material damage caused by contact with chemicals are not covered by the warranty.

How to Apply: To claim warranty, please present your original online store purchase proof (email order confirmation) and contact customer service for assessment.
